Our story
The Falafel Shack is rooted in Moroccan, Israeli and Berber heritage. It was born from memories of family kitchens filled with laughter, conversation and incredible food.
We are inspired by a beloved grandmother's kitchen, where neighbours, friends and family would gather around bubbling pots and aromatic spices. This is food made with heart, tradition and soul.
After years of dreaming, planning and believing, the Falafel Shack is on the road, bringing real flavours, warm hospitality and a love of bringing people together wherever it goes.
Because the best food isn't just about what's on the plate. It's about the people gathered around it.
